Фіскально-регулюючий потенціал особистого прибуткового оподаткування в Україні

Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню фіскальної та регулюючій ролі податку на доходи фізичних осіб на основі аналізу надходжень з цього податку до бюджетів різних рівнів України. Надано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення механізму стягнення податку в рамках Податкового Кодексу України.The article is devoted to fiscal and regulatory role of the tax to incomes of physical persons on the basis of the analysis of the revenues from this tax to the budgets of different levels in Ukraine, as well as providing suggestions regarding improvement of the mechanism of levying tax under the Tax code of Ukraine.
