Особливості державного управління розвитком аграрного сектору економіки України

Abstract

У статті розглянуто заходи державного регулювання аграрного сектора, можливі напрями його підтримки з боку держави, проаналізовано політику інших держав щодо розвитку власного аграрного сектора економіки. Досліджено основні сфери впливу аграрного сектору економіки України. Визначено основні ланки державного регулювання аграрного сектора та заходи з його державної підтримки. Встановлено основні підходи до формування державної політики розвитку сфери агропромислового комплексу, які передбачають підвищення рентабельності виробництва, реалізації експортного потенціалу країни, поліпшення інвестиційного клімату, підвищення конкурентоспроможності сільського господарства, удосконалення законодавчої бази, інноваційний розвиток.

The article examines measures of state regulation of the agrarian sector, possible directions of its support from the state, analyzes the policy of other states regarding the development of their own agrarian sector of the economy. The main spheres of influence of the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine were studied. The main links of state regulation of the agricultural sector and measures for its state support are defined. The main approaches to the formation of the state policy for the development of the agro-industrial complex have been established, which include increasing the profitability of production, realizing the country's export potential, improving the investment climate, increasing the competitiveness of agriculture, improving the legislative framework, and innovative development.
