Проблемні питання управління якістю підготовки фахівців

Abstract

Розглянуто проблемні питання управління якістю підготовки фахівців, з урахуванням важливого ідеологічного, соціального, економічного і технічного значення. Надано визначення якості підготовки спеціалістів, її склад та взаємозв’язок складових, що впливають на якість вищої освіти. Запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення рівня відповідності освіти вимогам сучасності й реалізація освітянської політики у сфері якості освіти з урахуванням функцій сучасної школи як соціального інституту, провідною функцією якого є оновлення соціальних цінностей і норм за рахунок відпрацювання нових та переймання прогресивних цінностей зі світового освітнього досвіду, адекватних соціально- історичним умовам України.

The paper considers the problems of management of the quality of training specialists, taking into account the important ideological, social, economic and technical values. Given the definition of the quality of the training, its composition and the correlation factors that influence on the quality of higher education. Proposed measures to improve the level of compliance of the education requirements of today and the implementation of the educational policy in the field of quality of education taking into account the features of modern school as a social Institute, the leading function of which is to upgrade the social values and norms through the development of new and suggestion of progressive values with the world educational experiences, adequate socio- historic conditions of Ukraine.
