dc.description.abstractIt is shown that in a plasma located in an external magnetic field (magnetically active plasma) it is possible to convert the energy of low-frequency oscillations into the energy of high-frequency oscillations. Such a transformation is possible due to the fact that in such a plasma it is possible to create conditions for nonreciprocal coupling between high-frequency waves.uk_UA
