Класифікаційні типи морфонологічних моделей в українській мові

Abstract

У статті визначено відмінність між поняттями «морфонологічна модель» і «словотвірний тип»; доведено, що слова одного словотвірного типу можуть бути побудовані за різними морфонологічними моделями. Запропоновано розрізняти морфонологічні моделі формотвірного й дериваційного типу, а також подано класифікацію моделей дериваційного типу. Виявлено, що найпродуктивнішими є альтернаційні та акцентуаційні морфонологічні моделі дериваційного типу.

Recently, there has been an increase of interest in the studies focusing on the morphonologic derivational model. However, little is yet known about this model in the Ukrainian linguistics. It deserves more investigations devoted to the classification of the morphonologic model’s types in the modem Ukrainian language. For this reason this paper presents a breakthrough study of the types of morphonologic derivational model. The purpose of this paper is to give peculiarities of the morphonologic model and to classify its types in the Ukrainian linguistics. According to the process where the alternations of the phoneme take place morphonologic models are divided into derivational and form-building. The present study analyzes six of such models, five of them are elementary and the last one is mixed. Moreover derivational process can be without morphonologic modifications. In this case, the derivational formant is equal to the derivational affix. This paper also focused on the productive and non-productive morphonologic models that are defined by the specific character of the corresponding means. The most productive are mixed morphonologic models. We advocate further research on the detail description for the types of the morphonologic models especially some of them which based on phonetic alternations. The accent and its role in the derivational process should be investigated too. It’ll help to specify the accent rules for derivative words in the modem Ukrainian language.
