Abstract

Статтю присвячено аналізові змісту орендного закону, розробленого Особливою нарадою, реконструкції розмірів орендних платежів українського селянства, з’ясуванню ставлення широких кіл громадськості, селян до заходів уряду А.Денікіна з уреґулювання орендних відносин, участі в них селянства.The article is dedicated to the analysis of purview of the rental law developed by Special conference, to the reconstruction of amount of rental payment of Ukrainian peasantry, to the clarification of the attitude of large sections of the public, peasants to the measures taken by the authorities of A.Denikin to adjust the rental relations, and to participation of peasantry in them.
