Актуальные проблемы санитарно-гигиенической оценки полимерных материалов для упаковки пищевых продуктов

Abstract

Полімерні матеріали найчастіше застосовуються для упаковки харчових продуктів. ПВХ плівки є самими проблемними в санітарно-гігієнічному відношенні. Можна припустити, що часто при виготовленні досліджених пакувальних матеріалів використовуються або технічні марки полімерних матеріалів, вживання яких в харчовій промисловості неприпустимо, або полімерні матеріали низької якості, виготовлені з порушенням технологічних регламентів, або порушується технологія виготовлення самого виробу. У зв'язку з цим задачею санітарно- епідеміологічної служби є проведення експертизи з метою недопущення в нашу країну небезпечної низькосортної пакувальної продукції. Необхідно розробити і ухвалити нормативний документ, а також нові методичні рекомендації, що повною мірою відповідали б вимогам сучасної ситуації, що склалася у сфері санітарно-гігієнічних досліджень полімерних матеріалів, призначених для контакту з харчовими продуктами.Among materials which are applied to packing foodstuff, polymeric materials occupy a leading position. PCV films are of the most problem in the sanitary-and-hygienic relation. It is possible to assume that frequently at manufacturing the investigated packing materials they use either technical marks of polymeric materials which application in the food-processing industry it is inadmissible, or the polymeric materials of poor quality made with infringement of production schemes or the manufacturing techniques of the product are broken. In this connection a task of sanitary-and-epidemiologic service is to carry out examination with the purpose of prohibition of import in our country of unsafe low-grade packing production. Necessity of the development and acceptance of the similar normative document, and also the new methodical recommendations which are to the full meeting the requirements of a modern situation in the sphere of sanitary-and- hygienic researches of polymeric materials intended for a foodstuff contact in our country is obvious.
