Abstract

Кладбище в предместье Бахчисарая Эски Юрте привлекало внимание как средневековых авторов, так и современных ученых.The Eski Yurt cemetery is well known as a memorial of the early period of the Crimean Khanate history. The “Evlia Chelebi Seyahatnamesi” (Travelling-book) materials about this cemetery are at the first time the subject of researches. The 17th century Turkish traveller described tombs and mausoleums of the outstanding historical persons: Bereket-khan (Khan Berke), Togar-khan, Jati-bey ang Gündüz-bey (the branch of Osman dynasty), Abu Said-khan (Chinghiz-khan’s son), Malik ASter (one of the prophet Muhammed’s associates).
