Abstract

The article considers the ways of presenting the material in collections of winged words and translated phraseological dictionaries. Collections of winged words A. P. Koval, Russian-German dictionary of winged words (1985) Yu. N. Afonkina are involved for the description; Dictionary of Phraseological Antonyms of the Ukrainian Language (2001) by V. S. Kalashnyk and Zh. V. Koloiz; Big Dictionary of Winged Words of the Russian Language (2000) by V. P. Berkov, V. M. Mokienko, S. G. Shulezhkova, Dictionary of Stable Folk Comparisons (1993) by O. S. Yurchenko and A. O. Ivchenko; Phraseological dictionary of Lemko dialects (2013) by G. F. Stupinska and Ya. V. Bytkivska; Russian-Ukrainian Dictionary of Permanent Expressions (2002) by I. O. Vyrhan and M. M. Pylynska. Attention is paid to the author’s suggestions to readers to get acquainted with the content of some dictionaries.
