Створення та розвиток Збройних сил України: історіографічний вимір

Abstract

Мета статті полягає в історіографічному аналізі публікацій вітчизняних і зарубіжних авторів та відтворенні на їх основі історії створення й розвитку Збройних сил України в 1991– 2020 рр. Методологія. Опрацювання дослідницького матеріалу проводилося на засадах історизму, об’єктивності, системності та україноцентризму. В основу дослідницького інструментарію покладено міждисциплінарні підходи. Завдяки проблемно-хронологічному методу аналізу окреслено суспільно-політичні контексти, в яких формувався науковий наратив у вказаній тематичній ніші. Герменевтичний підхід дав змогу з’ясувати особливості змістового наповнення та авторських інтерпретацій емпіричного матеріалу. Функціональний і структурний підходи лягли в основу характеристики того сеґменту напрацювань дослідників, що стосується інституційно-організаційних аспектів військового будівництва в Україні. Прийоми історичної хронології та компаративістики дали змогу простежити етапи становлення й розбудови Збройних сил України, віддзеркалення цих процесів у науковому дискурсі. Правознавчі методики вможливили опрацювання нормативно- законодавчої бази та характер відображення її положень у науковій продукції. Наукова новизна визначається аналізом вітчизняних і зарубіжних видань про історію Збройних сил України як головної складової забезпечення незалежності держави. Визначено етапи нагромадження й розвитку історичних знань, з’ясовано визначальні тенденції історієписання у цьому тематичному сеґменті. Висновки. Українська історична наука збагатилася науково-дослідницькими працями, аналіз яких відтворює історію створення та розвитку Збройних сил України, їх участі в антитерористичній операції й операції Об’єднаних сил. Джерельна база, якою послуговуються вітчизняні фахівці, а також освоєння новітніх методик наукового пізнання забезпечили актуальність напрацювань авторів, які студіюють цей етап військового будівництва в Україні.

The purpose of the article is to historiographically analyze the existing set of publications by domestic authors on history and reproduce on their basis the history of the creation and development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 1991–2020. The research methodology material was processed on the basis of historicism, objectivity, systematics and Ukrainocentrism. At the same time, attention is focused primarily on research works, which give grounds to recreate the main milestones in the history of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The problem-chronological method of analysis allowed to establish the appearance of their historiographical sources, their content and to place them in accordance with the purpose of the article. The functional approach provided a set of scientific publications on military construction in Ukraine to identify scientific works that reflect the history of the formation and development of the domestic armed forces. The comparative-historical method contributed to the identification of historiographical sources, the establishment of their novelty and reflection in the content of the article. Thanks to the method of typology, the normativelegal base was worked out and the realization of its provisions in the published scientific products was clarified. The scientific novelty of the article is determined by the analysis of domestic and foreign authors of publications on the history of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as the main component of the state defence forces and ensuring its independence. The stages of accumulation of historical knowledge about the Armed Forces of Ukraine are determined and their peculiarities in the research dimension are clarified. Conclusions. Ukrainian historical science has been enriched by research works, the analysis of which reproduces the history of the creation and development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, their participation in the anti-terrorist operation, Joint Forces operation. It was found that some aspects of the history of the Ukrainian army were considered by foreign authors. The materials of the article can serve as a basis for further study of the historiography of the construction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
