Кордони та пограниччя в дискурсивному просторі соціогуманітаристики: теоретичні проєкції

Abstract

У статті запропоновано міждисциплінарний вимір осмислення теоретичних проблем дослідження кордонів та погранич у соціогуманітарному просторі. Показано, що застосування геополітичних, геоекономічних, геокультурних та геоінформаційних методологічних підходів зумовлює можливість репрезентації феномена кордонів та погранич у вигляді соціального і політичного конструкту, що детермінує навколишній простір, перетворюючи його на ареал комунікацій і взаємовпливів. Доведено, що кордони не лише розмежовують простір держав, а й визначають межі ідентичностей — як реально існуючих територіальних, так і постійно конструйованих символічних, формують культурно-цивілізаційний код народу. Репрезентовано авторське бачення необхідності концептуалізації історичної лімології як міждисциплінарного наукового напряму, орієнтованого на вивчення процесів самоідентифікації людини з конкретним територіальним простором на основі всієї сукупності взаємодій у міждержавних, міжетнічних та міжконфесійних координатах. Наголошено, що національні інтереси і цілі безпеки будь-якої держави потребують максимального врахування чинника порубіжності у відтворенні об’єктивної картини її минулого розвитку та моніторингу й аналітики тенденцій і викликів сучасної регіональної та етнонаціональної політики.

The article proposes an interdisciplinary dimension of understanding the theoretical problems of the study of borders and borderlands in the socio-humanitarian space. It is shown that the application of geopolitical, geoeconomic, geocultural and geoinformation methodological approaches determines the possibility of representing the phenomenon of borders and borderlands in the form of social and political construct that determines the surrounding space, turning it into an area of communication and interaction. It is proved that borders not only delimit the space of states, but also determine the boundaries of identities — both real territorial and constantly constructed symbolic, form the cultural and civilizational code of each nation. The author substantiates the need to conceptualize historical limology as an interdisciplinary scientific field, which focuses on the study of human self-identification with a particular territorial space on the basis of the whole set of interactions in interstate, interethnic and interfaith coordinates. It is emphasized that the national interests and security needs of any state require maximum consideration of the factor of marginalization in the reproduction of an objective picture of its past development and monitoring and analysis of trends and challenges of modern regional and ethno-national policy.
