Проблема виборів до сейму у внутрішній політиці гетьманату П.Скоропадського (квітень – грудень 1918 р.)

Abstract

Висвітлюються намагання правлячих кіл гетьманської держави використати питання виборів до вищого представницького органу для стабілізації внутріполітичної ситуації, показано підготовку проекту закону про вибори у сейм, розкрито причини нереалізованості цього проекту.The article highlights the efforts of the ruling circles of the hetman state to use the problem of the election to the supreme representative body for stabilization of the situation in domestic policy. The author shows the preparation of the law about the election process to the Seimas and the reasons of this project being unrealized.
