Використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в підготовці документознавців

Abstract

Предметом дослідження є теоретичний аспект інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у сфері документознавства. Метою дослідження є пошук методів вдосконалення вітчизняних інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у сфері документознавства. У роботі застосовано сукупність наукових методів і підходів, зокрема системний, структурний, порівняльний, факторний, що дозволило реалізувати концептуальну єдність дослідження. Визначено особливості реалізації вітчизняної інформайної діяльності та методів вдосконалення інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у сфері документознавства. Інноваційність розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій – це постійні нововведення в діяльність навчально-виховних закладів та сфері документознавства. Навчально-виховний процес є тією нагальною потребою, без задоволення якої вона втратить взаємозв’язок з життям, загубить свій творчий потенціал, перетвориться на рутинну справу, непотрібну ні суспільству, ні особистості. Життя вимагає інтенсифікації пошуку, експериментування, введення новітніх технологій, застосування нових засобів навчання. Разом з тим реалізація цих вимог не може здійснюватись хаотично, безсистемно, непродумано й без урахування того педагогічного досвіду, який в минулому приводив до відомих, а в багатьох випадках і до видатних педагогічних успіхів. У низці підходів цей досвід не втратив свого значення ще й сьогодні. Зрозуміло, що інновації мають розгортатись з урахуванням минулого досвіду, а не ігноруючи його. В основі інноваційного розвитку освіти мають бути педагогічна, соціогуманітарні науки (філософія, політологія, соціологія тощо), які, як і в інших галузях суспільного виробництва, прокладають дорогу практиці.

The subject of the research is the theoretical aspect of information and communication technologies in the sphere of documentation science. The purpose of the study is to find methods for improving domestic information and communication technologies in the sphere of documentation science. The set of scientific methods and approaches, in particular systemic, structural, comparative, factorial, is applied in the work, which allowed to realize the conceptual unity of the research. Peculiarities of realization of domestic information activity and methods of improvement of information and communication technologies in the sphere of documentation science are determined. Innovative development of information and communication technologies is a constant innovation in the activities of educational institutions and the sphere of documentation science. The educational process is an urgent need, without which it will lose its connection with life, lose its creative potential, become a routine matter unnecessary for society or the individual. Life requires intensification of search, experimentation, introduction of the newest technologies, application of new means of studying. At the same time, the implementation of these requirements cannot be carried out chaotically, unsystematically, ill-considered and without taking into account the pedagogical experience that in the past has led to well-known and in many cases to outstanding pedagogical successes. In a number of approaches, this experience has not lost its significance even today. It is clear that innovation should be based on past experience, not ignoring it. The basis of innovative development of education should be pedagogical, socio-humanitarian sciences (philosophy, political science, sociology, etc.), which, as in other areas of social production, pave the way for practice.
