Застосування АВС- та XYZ-аналізу для управління товарними запасами ювелірної продукції

Abstract

Адаптовано АВС- та XYZ-аналіз до управління товарними запасами ювелірної продукції торговельно-виробничого підприємства. Розроблено відповідні рекомендації, реалізація яких дозволить: прогнозувати обсяги продажів ювелірних виробів наступних періодів; знизити ризик перебоїв у торговельно-виробничій діяльності підприємства; знизити сумарний товарний запас; у цілому підвищити ефективність управління товарними запасами підприємства.In the article it is adapted the ABC-XYZ-analysis for the commodity stocks management of jeweler production of a tradingmanufacturing enterprise. In the article there are developed the recommendations which realization will allow: to predict the jewels sales of the following periods; to lower the risk of faults in trading-industrial activity of the enterprise; to lower a total commodity stock; as a whole to raise the commodity stocks management efficiency of the enterprise.
