Демократична партія США: тенденції розвитку та діяльності у 90-х роках ХХ ст.

Abstract

Розглянуто політичні процеси в Демократичній партії США протягом 90-х років ХХ ст., а також контекст, в якому вони відбувались. Особливу увагу звернено на

вибори 1994 р. та їх наслідки для фракцій Демократичної партії в Конгресі. На основі розглянутого матеріалу зроблено висновки про причини і особливості

трансформації партійної структури та ідеологічної складової Демократичної партії протягом розглядуваного періоду.In this article the political processes in the Democratic Party of the USA and the context of their flow during 90-th years of XX century are examined. Particular attention is

drawn to the elections of 1994 and their consequences for the factions of the Democratic Party

in US Congress. On the ground of examined materials made conclusions about the reasons

and particularities of the transformation of the Democratic Party’s structure and ideology

during described period.
