Унификация расчета объема клеток микроводорослей Черного моря в соответствии со стандартом ЕС

Abstract

Приведены результаты унификации методов оценки биообъема 1515 видов одноклеточных водорослей Черного моря со стандартами ЕС. Данные методы разработаны для разрешения проблемы сопоставимости, возникающей при расчете биомассы сообществ фитопланктона. Способ расчета биообъема одноклеточных водорослей фитопланктона рассматривается в качестве методического подхода, оказывающего непосредственное влияние на результаты мониторинга и определяющего точность оценки экологического статуса водной среды. Обосновывается необходимость стандартизации соответствий формы клеток геометрическим фигурам для списков одноклеточных водорослей морей ЕС и Черного моря, что способствует имплементации критериев Marine Strategy Framework Directive на национальном уровне.

The method of calculating the bio-volume of unicellular algae of phytoplankton is considered as a methodological approach that directly affects the monitoring results and determines the accuracy of the assessment of the ecological status of the water environment. The necessity of standardizing the correspondence of the shape of cells to geometric figures for the lists of unicellular algae of the EU seas and Black Sea is substantiated. Which serves the implementation of the Marine Strategy Framework Directive criteria at the national level. The results of unification of methods for estimating the volume of 1515 species of unicellular algae of the Black Sea to EU standards, designed to improve interlaboratory comparability of monitoring data of phytoplankton communities, are presented.
