Abstract

Статтю присвячено історії створення та розвитку Інституту геофізики ім. С.І. Субботіна НАН України — добре знаного у світі українського геофізичного наукового центру. Коротко описано наукові школи, які склалися в установі, та сучасні актуальні напрями досліджень Інституту.

The article is devoted to the history and development of the S. Subbotin Institute of Geophysics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine as a well-known in the world Ukrainian geophysical scientific center. The scientific schools that have developed in the institution, as well as the current research directions of the Institute are briefly described.
