Новый вид комара-долгоножки (Diptera, Tipulidae) из Грузинской ССР

Abstract

Tipula (Lunatipula) vaterii, sp. n., from the Adjarian-Imeretinsky mountain ridge (the vicinity of Bachmaro) is discribed. It belongs to the «acuminata-pachyprocta» group .and is easily distinguished from all other members of this group by a very peculiar struclure of the male hypopygium, especially of the hind part of the inner dististyles and the ap-pendage of the VIII sternite. Both the golo- and allotype of the new species are preserved in the collection of the Institute of Zoology (Kiev).
