Исследование могильника у с. Суворово в 2001 г.

Abstract

В 2001 г. Каминской экспедицией Крымского филиала Института археологии НАН Украины совместно с Бахчисарайским историко-культурным заповедником были продолжены охранные раскопки могильника первых веков н.э. - позднеантичного времени у с. Суворове Бахчисарайского района АРК. Этот некрополь относится к обширной группе могильников Юго-Западного и Центрального Крыма, которые традиционно связываются с сармато-аланским населением поэднеантичного периода.Seven funeral constructions and their inventory are described in this article. The finds testify to the fact that the cemetery belonged to the Sarmatian - Alan population of the late-antique period. It should be noted that the remnants of two complicated wooden caskets are really well preserved. This is the first find of such a type among the antiquities of the South -Western Crimea of the 4th - 5th centuries.
