Роль профспілок у роботі лікарсько-трудових експертних комісій під час "відлиги" 1953-1964 рр.

Abstract

У статті розглядається місце та роль профспілок у роботі лікарсько-трудових експертних комісій (ЛТЕК) на підставі аналізу законодавчих та відомчих документів того часу. Робиться спроба простежити розширення прав профспілок в обраній сфері під час "відлиги" (1953-1964 рр.). Автор доходить висновку про подальшу формалізацію ролі профспілок у роботі ЛТЕК через відсутність можливостей реально впливати на рішення комісії, боротися з причинами професійних захворювань.

The article deals with the role of trade unions in the work of doctor-labour commissions of experts on the basis of the analysis of legislative and departmental documents of that period. The author makes an attempt to observe the expansion of trade unions' right in this sphere during the period of "thaw". The author comes to the conclusion about the further formalization of trade unions' role in the work of DLCE, due to the absence of possibilities to influence the dicisions of commissions and to combat the causes of professional deseases.
