Abstract

Исследованы вопросы международного таможенного сотрудничества: заключения международных договоров в сфере таможенных отношений. Раскрыто влияние международных норм на национальное таможенное законодательство, исследованы стадии международного таможенного сотрудничества, вопросы компетенции органов государственной власти в сфере заключения международных договоров.

In work questions of the international customs cooperation, namely the conclusion of the international contracts in sphere of customs attitudes are in details investigated. The attention is given to definition of influence of the international norms on the national customs legislation, and also to research of stages of the international customs cooperation. Except for it in work questions of the competence of bodies of the government in sphere of the conclusion of the international contracts are considered.
