Зовнішня торгівля Наддніпрянської України промисловою продукцією та світовий ринок наприкінці ХIХ – на початку ХХ ст.

Abstract

Метою розвідки є висвітлення зовнiшньої торгівлi Надднiпрянської України промисловою продукцiєю наприкiнцi ХIХ – на початку ХХ ст. Методи дослідження добиралися відповідно до поставленої мети на основі принципів об’єктивізму та науковості. Переважно використовувався метод аналізу та дедукції для інтерпретації архівних і друкованих джерел. Наукова новизна роботи тісно пов’язана з метою, оскільки аналізуються друковані й архівні документи та джерела, які дозволяють установити важливі історичні факти історії України ХІХ–ХХ ст. Висновки. Eкспортно-імпортна політика промислового капіталу підпорядковувалася потребам економічного розвитку країни, її продуктивних сил. Проте результати відповідної діяльності виявилися незначними. Власники вугільних копалень не змогли остаточно витиснути англійських конкурентів навіть із країн, розташованих у басейні Чорного моря. Продукція інших промислових галузей була неконкурентною на європейських ринках і вивозилася в дуже обмежених обсягах. Комерсанти й експортери Російської імперії змогли досягти певних успіхів тільки на іранському напрямку. Складною та суперечливою була імпортна політика промислового капіталу, що мав наміри зменшити обсяги ввезення промислових товарів з інших країн. Але це виявилося непосильним завданням для слабкої імперської промисловості. Імпорт промислових товарів щороку збільшувався, а конкурувати з ним було дуже важко.

The purpose of the investigation is to highlight the foreign trade of Naddniprianska Ukraine in industrial products at the end of the 19th – the beginning of the 20th c. Research methods were selected in accordance with the set goal based on the principles of objectivism and scientific research. The method of analysis and deduction was mainly used for the interpretation of archival and printed sources. The scientific novelty of the work is closely related to the goal, as printed and archival documents and sources are analyzed, which allow establishing important historical facts of the history of Ukraine in the 19th–20th c. Conclusions. The export-import policy of industrial capital was subordinated to the needs of the countryʼs economic development and its productive forces. However, the results of the relevant activities turned out to be insignificant. The owners of coal mines were not able to finally squeeze out English competitors even from countries located in the Black Sea basin. Products of other industrial branches were not competitive on the European markets and were exported in very limited quantities. Merchants and exporters of the Russian empire were able to achieve certain successes only in the Iranian direction. The import policy of industrial capital, which was intended to reduce the volume of imports of industrial goods from other countries, was complex and controversial. But this turned out to be an overwhelming task for the weak imperial industry. The import of manufactured goods increased every year, and it was very difficult to compete with it.
