Переселення придніпровських сіл у зв’язку з будівництвом Кременчуцького водосховища

Abstract

Стаття присвячена історії будівництва Кременчуцького водосховища та його впливу на життя примусово переселеного на нові місця населення придніпровських сіл. Показується шкода, заподіяна екології регіону, втрата безцінних археологічних та історико-культурних пам’яток національного значення, що потрапили у зону затоплення. Зазначається, що були зруйновані культові приміщення, цвинтарі і місця захоронення, що залишило глибоку моральну травму у людських долях. Зроблено висновок, що негативні наслідки реалізації концепції гігантоманії та ігнорування законів природи при спорудженні дніпровського гідрокаскаду значно перевищили позитивні. Положення і висновки статті грунтуються на документах Державного архіву Черкаської області, архівного відділу Чигиринської райдержадміністрації, матеріалах польових досліджень автора (спогади безпосередніх очевидців та учасників переселення).

The article is devoted to the history of the construction of the Kremenchug Reservoir and its impact on the lives of the population of the Dnieper villages who were forcibly relocated to new places. The damage caused to the ecology of the region, the loss of priceless archaeological and historical and cultural monuments of national importance that fell into the flood zone are shown. It is noted that places of worship, cemeteries and burial places were destroyed, which left a deep moral trauma in people's destinies. It was concluded that the negative consequences of implementing the concept of gigantomania and ignoring the laws of nature during the construction of the Dnieper hydrocascade significantly exceeded the positive ones. The provisions and conclusions of the article are based on the documents of the State Archives of the Cherkasy Region, the archival department of the Chigyryn District State Administration, the materials of the author's field research (recollections of direct eyewitnesses and participants of the resettlement).
