Функциональная гистология кишечника взрослых клещей Amblyseius umbraticus (Parasitiforrnes, Phytoseiidae)

Abstract

It is shown that in Ambyseins umbraticus there occurs rapid morphological and functional changes in cells of intestine epithelium which already 5min after food uptake undergo deep degenerative alterations. The epithelium cells are established to have a morphologically changeable character varying depending on their functional state and associated first of all with the time of food digestion. In the process o food digestion the intestine epithelial cells are rejected into the lumen. The cellular vacuoles are filled with food granules the content of which decomposes with formation o crystals.
