Оцінка фінансових збитків від втрати мінералогічних колекцій

Abstract

У статті запропоновано методику визначення фінансових збитків, заподіяних розкраданням російськими окупантами мінералогічних колекцій, знищенням зразків мінералів, мінеральних агрегатів і гірських порід у їх складі. Методику засновано на дослідженні стану світового ринку відповідних товарів та створенні спеціалізованої бази вихідних даних, до якої входять, зокрема, відомості про атрибутивні ознаки об’єктів оцінки та властивості відношення, тобто причетність зразків до видатних осіб, наукових досягнень чи значущих культурних подій.

The article proposes a methodology for determining the financial losses caused by the theft of mineralogical collections by the Russian occupiers and the destruction of samples of minerals, mineral aggregates and rocks in their composition. The methodology is based on a study of the state of the world market for the relevant goods and the creation of a specialized database of source data, which includes, in particular, information on t he attributes of the objects of evaluation and the properties of the relationship, i.e., the connection of samples to prominent persons, scientific achievements or significant cultural events.
