Анализ гендерного аспекта языковых явлений в практике преподавания английского языка

Abstract

The article contains the analysis of language phenomena in the gender aspect. As language reflects the values and prejudices of the society it’s necessary to take the gender aspect into consideration in the process of teaching English as a foreign language. Special attention is paid to gender markers, politically correct terminology, gender specific words and syntactical structures.
