Історичний простір як маркер ідентичності: дослідницькі стратегії соціогуманітаристики в контексті формування безпекового середовища України

Abstract

У статті актуалізовано методологічні стратегії дослідження українського соціокультурного простору як основи національної ідентичності та базового елемента конструювання консолідаційних символів і цінностей, що є потужною рушійною силою історичного поступу. Розглянуто вплив просторових чинників на формування ідентифікаційного коду та хронотопу української нації, специфіка яких зумовлена численними територіальними змінами, колонізаційними й міграційними процесами, геополітичними практиками метрополій в ареалі українських етнічних земель. У контексті використання концептуальних парадигм просторової історії репрезентовано стратегічний потенціал нового просторового мислення, підґрунтям якого є фіксація геополітичних ризиків історичного досвіду й можливість вчасного реагування на них. Сучасні територіальні конфлікти створюють безпекові виклики для держав, результативність відповідей на які великою мірою залежить від спільних та зважених дій політиків і науковців. Проблема ідентифікаційного дистанціювання соціокультурного простору, своєчасне виявлення загроз національній безпеці та запобігання їм, посилення захисту національних інтересів, прогнозування тенденцій розвитку повоєнного безпекового середовища мають бути стратегічними пріоритетами державної політики України.The article foregrounds the methodological strategies of researching the Ukrainian socio-cultural space as the basis of national identity and the basic element of the construction of consolidating symbols and values, which is a powerful driving force of historical progress. The authors examine the influence of spatial factors on the formation of the identification code and chronotope of the Ukrainian nation, the specifics of which is due to numerous territorial changes, colonization and migration processes, and geopolitical practices of metropoles in the area of Ukrainian ethnic lands. In the context of the use of conceptual paradigms of spatial history, the article presents the strategic potential of new spatial thinking, which is based on the detection of geopolitical risks of historical experience and the possibility of timely response to them. Modern territorial conflicts create security challenges for states, the effectiveness of responses to which largely depends on the joint and balanced actions of politicians and scientists. The problem of identification distancing of the socio-cultural space, timely detection of threats to national security and their prevention, strengthening the protection of national interests, and forecasting trends in the development of the post-war security environment should be strategic priorities of Ukraine’s state policy.
