dc.description.abstractThe article researches ethnodemographic processes in Kyiv. The author aims to change the stereotypes of raising of multinational population in Kyiv. Censuses of population of 1959, 1989, 2001 are analysed. The research considers 3 levels, i. e. ethnic composition in general, the structure of ethnic minorities, and the structure of minorities other than Russian. According to their data the conclusion is made that a tendency towards ethnic homogeneity has shaped. The ideas of the article are illustrated by 11 tables.uk_UA
