Середньонаддніпрянська прабатьківщина слов’ян з лінгвістичного погляду

Abstract

З огляду на глибоку давнину зародження праслов’ян як окремого етносу проблема встановлення їхньої прабатьківщини може бути розв’язана за умови врахування сукупності позамовних (археологічних, антропологічних, культурно-історичних та ін.) і мовних чинників. З-поміж останніх важливими є поступовість розвитку праслов’янської мови на основі індоєвропейського субстрату, збереження її архаїчних ознак на периферії функціонування (так званий закон іррадіації), переважання автохтонних доісторичних назв на території найдавнішого поселення слов’ян (принцип «сорочки»), наявність показових для відповідного періоду запозичень. З урахуванням цих та інших чинників виявлені порівняльно-історичним методом мовні факти і явища дають підстави для висновку про високу ймовірність середньонаддніпрянської прабатьківщини слов’ян.

Considering the fact that antiquity was the cradle of the Great Slavs as an ethnos, the problem of the establishment of their fatherland could be solved with a proviso that the entire complex of extra-lingual (archeological, anthropological, historic-cultural etc.) and lingual factors will be considered. Among the last the important are: gradual development of the Great Slavic language on the basis of the Indo-European substratum, the conservation of its archaic features on the periphery of functioning (the so called «law of irradiation»), the predomination of autochthonous prehistoric names on the territory of the most ancient settlement of Slavs (principle of «shirt»), the existence of illustrative loans for the appropriate period. Considering these and other factors, the facts and phenomena that were educed with the comparative-historic method give ground to make a consequence about the high probability of the middletransdnipro fatherland of the Slavs.
