Mechanisms of ray chaotization in composite detectors

Abstract

The new type of billiard - composite billiard - is considered. The general properties of such nonlinear systems are analysed. The criteria of deterministic chaos appearance and unusual chaotization mechanisms in them are obtained. The peculiarities of rays dynamics in the simple example of a composite billiard are studied in detail.В работе рассмотрен новый тип биллиарда - композитный биллиард. Обсуждены общие свойства таких нелинейных систем. Получены критерии возникновения детерминированного хаоса и необычные механизмы хаотизации в них. Детально изучены особенности динамики лучей в простом примере комозитного биллиарда.
