Структурні зміни переробної промисловості України в умовах воєнної економіки

Abstract

В статті викладено результати комплексного аналізу стану та динаміки діяльності переробної промисловості України за 2021-2024 рр. Аналіз за функціональною структурою здійснено в розрізі двох секторів: виробництва продукції для економічної діяльності; виробництва продукції для народного споживання. Попри складні умови діяльності та втрати, у промисловості виявлено позитивні тенденції: зростання у 2023-2024 рр. обсягів реалізованої продукції (РП) у фактичних цінах у більшості галузей переробної промисловості, найвище у машинобудуванні; зростання частки РП машинобудування з 5,2% до 10,7% у загальному обсязі реалізації промисловості, де найвищі темпи зростання мали виробництва оборонно-промислового комплексу; зростання частки харчової промисловості, яка продемонструвала швидке відновлення діяльності в умовах війни та виконала стабілізаційну роль у розвитку економіки і підтримці добробуту населення; суттєву активізацію інноваційної діяльності промислових підприємств майже в усіх галузях. Систематизовано проблемні явища переробного сектору: стагнація металургійної, хімічної галузей та з виробництва коксу, пластмас, а також галузей легкої промисловості; зменшення обсягів РП машинобудування за межі країни. Виявлення позитивних тенденцій та проблемних секторів сприяє більш комплексному розумінні впливу війни на трансформаційні процеси у промисловості України.The article presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of the state and dynamics of the processing industry of Ukraine for 2021-2024. The analysis by functional structure is carried out in the context of two sectors: production of products for economic activity; production of products for public consumption. Despite the difficult operating conditions and losses, positive trends have been identified in the industry: growth in 2023-2024. volumes of products sold (RP) in actual prices in most branches of the processing industry, the highest in mechanical engineering; growth of the share of industrial engineering from 5.2% to 10.7% in the total volume of industrial sales, where the highest growth rates were in the production of the military-industrial complex; growth in the share of the food industry, which demonstrated a rapid recovery of activities during the war and played a stabilizing role in the development of the economy and maintaining the well-being of the population; significant intensification of innovation activity of industrial enterprises in almost all industries. The problematic phenomena of the processing sector are systematized: stagnation of metallurgical, chemical and coke, plastics, as well as light industry; reduction of the volume of RP of mechanical engineering outside the country. Identifying positive trends and problematic sectors contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of the impact of the war on the transformation processes in Ukraine’s industry.
