Анотація
У статті розкрито економічну сутність поняття організаційної структури; означено роль організаційної структури управління в ефективному функціонуванні підприємства. Розкрито особливості адаптивних організаційних структур. Акцентовано увагу на викликах, зумовлених умовами воєнного стану, їх впливу на середовище функціонування бізнесу. Досліджено умови функціонування мережевих організацій, з використанням переваг цифровізації, глобальних медійних і комунікаційних мереж, можливостей безпечного використання віртуального простору. Розглянуто структур управління мережевих організацій як інструмент адаптації середовища функціонування вітчизняного бізнесу до умов воєнного стану
The article reveals the economic essence of the concept of organizational structure; the role of the organizational management structure in the effective functioning of the enterprise, in the maximum combination of various types of activities and divisions of the organization is defined. The main groups of organizational structures are distinguished: mechanistic structures (or bureaucratic, hierarchical) and organic structures (or adaptive, flexible). Today’s traditional types of organizational structures are defined. The peculiarities of adaptive organizational structures are revealed, which are characterized by the blurring of the management hierarchy, a small number of management levels, flexibility of the power structure, decentralization of decision-making, and widely determined responsibility in activities. A description of the types of organizational structures of the adaptive type is given: cross-functional structure of organizational management; project organizational management structure; matrix organizational structures; conglomerate organizational forms of management; network organizational structure; virtual organization. Special attention is paid to modern network organizational structures, since this type of organizational management structure best corresponds to modern conditions of digitalization. The article focuses on the challenges caused by the conditions of martial law, which have a destructive impact on the business operating environment and require the adaptation of management strategies. The conditions of functioning of network organizations have been studied, with wide use in management of the advantages of digitalization, global media and communication networks, the possibilities of safe use of virtual space for business tasks, the use of elements of artificial intelligence in the process of making management decisions. The possibility of applying the management structures of network organizations as a tool for adapting the operating environment of domestic business to the conditions of martial law is considered.
